People looking to invest in property in Greater Noida have a new opportunity. The Integrated Industrial Township Limited (IITGNL) has launched a scheme for group housing plots for the first time. This township is being developed under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The registration process has already started and will continue until late February. The allotment of these plots will be done through an e-auction process.

What are the prices and plot details?

The authority has put up four plots for the group housing scheme. These plots are located in a smart township spread over 750 acres. The reserve price for these plots has been fixed at Rs 44,400 per square meter. The size of the plots varies from roughly 34,000 square meters to 93,000 square meters.

The authority has offered a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 5.5 for this scheme. Officials expect that the sale of these four plots will generate revenue of about Rs 1,123 crore. These plots are situated in a mixed-use area where industries and commercial spaces are also present.

How to apply and important dates

Interested bidders need to register online to participate in the scheme. The registration window opened on February 2, 2026. Candidates must complete their registration and payment within the given timeline. The portal for registration is dmiciitgnl-bankofbaroda.com.

Here is the schedule for the scheme:

  • Last Date for Registration: February 23, 2026 (till 5:00 PM)
  • Last Date for EMD & Processing Fee: February 25, 2026
  • Last Date for Document Submission: February 27, 2026

Features of the township

This township is a joint venture between the Greater Noida Authority and the Central Government. It is designed as a smart township with modern infrastructure. The area features plug-and-play infrastructure, an automated waste collection system, and underground utility lines for water and electricity.

Big companies like Haier and Forme Mobile have already taken industrial plots here. Out of 39 industrial plots, more than 26 are already allotted. Now, the authority is focusing on residential development to support the people working in these industries.
