Which roads should you avoid?

According to the police advisory, general traffic movement will be affected on several key roads near the university. It is better to avoid Chhatra Marg, University Marg, Sudhir Bose Marg, and Guru Tegh Bahadur Marg during these hours. Traffic on Mall Road may also face restrictions. Police have set up diversion points at St. Stephen’s College Red Light, Hindu College Red Light, and Kranti Chowk to regulate the movement.

Important instructions for the public

The police have stated that emergency vehicles like ambulances will be allowed to pass without restrictions. However, strict action will be taken against wrong parking.
