The estimated market value of the reclaimed land is around Rs 400 crore.

The demolition drive focused on specific villages where illegal plotting was being done by land mafias. Officials targeted “Aero Green City” in Dayanatpur village, where unauthorized plotting was found on Khasra number 463. The team also removed obstacles from the 60-meter wide road connecting to the airport to ensure smooth infrastructure work.
Key locations cleared during the operation included:
- Village Dayanatpur: Illegal structures by Aero Green City were razed.
- Village Sabauta Mustafabad: Encroachments on Khasra numbers 447 and 448 were removed.
- Airport Approach Road: Unauthorized constructions blocking the 60-meter wide road were demolished.
Strict Warning and Legal Action
YEIDA officials have stated that FIRs will be lodged against the colonizers involved in these illegal projects. The authority is using Section 10 of the U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, which allows them to remove any unapproved structure on notified land.
OSD Shailendra Singh mentioned that special teams are monitoring nearby villages like Jewar Bangar and Nimka to stop new illegal colonies. The authority has advised people not to buy plots in these areas without checking official records, as all land here is notified for development. Announcements are being made through loudspeakers to warn potential buyers against falling for fraudulent schemes.
